I've Arrived

It finally happened. I finally did it. I made wareneki, that's perogies to all you English. I've been meaning to do it for many years now and I finally did. But I gotta say, it was an experience. Abby cried, Dee Dee growled, I had to make the dough twice because I forgot the egg whites and I made about three times the cottage cheese mixture than I needed. I was covered in flour and I'm still picking dough out of my fingernails. But they are done. Boy I hope they taste good. We're going to have them for supper.

I think I'm going to take the rest of the day off. Maybe Abby and I will make something out of blocks. Last time I made a house and Abby sat on it. She just finished her grapes so I think I had better go.
