Weekend News

Well, our whirlwind shopping spree is over. And I think I'm finally recovered. We went to so many stores. There is a new Long and McQuade store. It's great. It's really big and there is an acoustic room where you can try out instruments. I was looking at fingerpicks and the guy told me to try them out. So I went in the room and played some banjo. They had a Gibson Mandolin there. I almost started drooling. It was so pretty, and Gibson banjos but they were hanging up so I couldn't reach them. I tried out the banjo strap too and it worked great. So now I'm stocked up. Outdoor Warehouse was great too. they moved into a huge building and it was their grand opening. It was quite busy! Beautiful store though. They have mounted animals all over. And we got a Costco card and spent to much money there too! They sell contacts!! So now I am glassesless. I bought these dishwasher packs. the Cascade two in one packet. Wow, the dishes look new. I was beginning to think that something was wrong with the dishwasher because I had to rinse the dishes until they were clean and then they still looked dirty when they came out. The glasses always had the white film on them and there was always stuff stuck to the cutlery. ALL GONE! I took out a spoon that had been washed in the old stuff and a spoon that was washed in the new stuff (like on a commercial) there was such a difference. I'm going to write them a letter.

So now it's back to business. Work has started to frustrate me lately. I'm only working half time and so I know half of what is going on but still they except me to know everything. They don't tell me something and then get mad when I don't know what they're talking about. They'll say something about a price list and that's it's on the computer. I feel like saying that there is a lot of stuff on the computer. It makes me glad to only work half time so I can get out of there faster. It'll get better once I start working full time again so I really do know what's going on.
