National Drive Electric Week

I spent all day yesterday in the parking lot of Canadian Tire at the National Drive Electric Week event in Regina. It was such an amazing day! 

We had vendors set up along with locals who brought in their electric vehicles for the public to see and ask questions about. We even had volunteers giving people rides in their electric vehicles to show people just how much fun it is to drive!! I took people on rides all morning and my husband took people in the afternoon. We had a blast!! 

We had great coverage from local media. We had great attendance and great weather. 

I knew that the day would be a success judging by how much work we all put into it. I was only worried about those unforeseen issues like the weather, Canadian Tire putting up a stink cuz we took over half their parking lot and some yahoo getting in an accident showing off their car!! But none of that happened. Not even a speeding ticket! 

So now we rest. And start planning to do it all over again next year!!!
