Typical Saturday
Yep, it really is. I slept in this morning and enjoyed it. Then I got up but before I went to choir, I had to help Mark shovel the snow. (I'll have pictures soon, I hope). So then, I went to choir. Forget Bb, now I get to sing C. Yikes. My throat was a little sore after practise. So anyway, I went and got groceries. Not too exciting. I went to the banjo store to see if they had any bags or fingerpicks. They did not. But soon, I was told. Then I went home and unpacked all my groceries. I got these flexible cookie sheets form Canadian Tire. I don't know if they will work well, they were on sale for three bucks so I figured I may as well try. But I forgot to buy eggs, so the trial will have to wait. Mark was at the school working on the table and he said that he was getting really hungry. And I was too, but he didn't want to leave the school and stop working. So I whipped over to Hong Kong Kitchen and picked us up some delicious supper. It has been a long time since we've had Chinese Food. And yes Faith, I realize that this is not real Chinese Food but it's good and there is plenty of it. I don't know if it is a requirement of Chinese restaurants to fill everything to the brim but please, don't stop. Such a generous people. Anyway, so now my tummy is settling down and I'm at the school "helping" Mark. Well, keeping him company. Well, not even that cuz I'm in his office at his computer not paying any attention to him right now. Maybe I should go. But then I'd only be in his way. Oh well. So all in all, a pretty good Saturday. The Nor-man Games are on this weekend in Flin Flon. It's a big to-do but I don't really care. Mark is probably going fishing tomorrow. I don't know what I'm going to do. Relax. Sounds good. Now that we've finally rolled over at work, my dreams have stopped. I was dreaming about writing up invoices but now the scary dreams are over. Yeah! Pretty soon I'll have dreams about typing invoices. Will the madness ever end? Well, anyway, I'm going to go see what Mark is doing now. Bye!
