Shackin' Up

I helped Mark and another friend put up the Ice Shack this afternoon. On Saturday I went to the school with all of them as they put the finishing touches on it. I played on the computer in Mark's office. He has the program GarageBand. You can record music and mix songs. It's basically a recording studio. well, I'm not a recording artist or a producer. I though it would be easy, it looked so easy on the tutorials. Well, it's not. I finally got it to work, after Mark helped me, and it turned out terrible. I was so off. I could do one instrument and it sounded fine but when I added the next, the timing was off. I guess I'd better practise before I start my recording career.

So today, we drove out to the lake and set it all up. I got to ride around the snowmobile. That was fun. I can't wait till I get my own!

Looks like the car is sold. A man came yesterday to look at it. He gave us a deposit to hold it and said he'll be around tomorrow to pick it up. I'm not too sure how it's all going to work with the switching of paperwork and the safety as well. But I'm sure it will work itself out.

I am beat. Assembling an ice shack is hard work. And I have a big day of court tomorrow. Not really looking forward to that. Wish me luck.
