Our Wild Week
Yikes. I was planning to start taking it more easy lately. Well, that hasn't happened! Last week started out with Mark supervising (running) the curling tournament in Estevan. Then, on Friday, we and his team travelled to Montmartre for Regionals. And they won!!! So next weekend, he's in Weyburn for Provincials. But in between that, we took a short trip to Yorkton. Abby had lots and lots of fun with her cousins....
On our way back, we stopped in Regina. We spent some time at Costco and Mark found a $8 shovel. Great deal. So we couldn't pass it up. We got a lot of looks and a few comments about buying a shovel in this weather, but after the forecast for the weekend, now who's laughing? Well, okay, neither are we but at least we're prepared. Mark already used it this morning and if the weatherman is right, he'll be hauling out the snowblower (for only the second time this season!)
Sometimes I look back at my blog entries from when I was pregnant with Abby. Just to compare how I'm doing to how I was doing then. One thing I can tell for sure...my heartburn is NOTHING compared to how it was. NOTHING. But I'm making up for that with Braxton-Hicks. With Abby, I only had them during the last 1 or 2 weeks. This time, I've had them since January! And they are only getting stronger and stronger. A few have even been painful. I wonder how different the baby will be once it comes.
This is a picture of me at 31 weeks with Abby.
Here's me at 32 1/2 weeks...
