Baby It’s Cold Outside!

There is an extreme cold warning in effect for our area right now. And I believe it!! This morning the wind chill was -41°! Before this it’s been a fairly mild winter. Not too much snow and the temperatures have been reasonable. This weekend it snowed and was very windy but hey, typical winter, right? Even with the snow and blowing, the girls managed to play outside for longer than usual. Although when they came back in, the youngest had a white splotch on her cheek.

As for the snow? It’s starting to build up and it keeps coming down so what’s the point of trying to clear it? As long as you can get in and out of the driveway it’s all good. My husband did end up pushing some snow last night so now it’s a little easier. Hopefully the cold doesn’t stick around too long. I’m getting tired of having to let my car run at lunch so I can start it after work!!
