End of a Season

Tonight is the last Curling practice of the season. I’ll admit, it will be nice to have another night off but then again, I didn’t really mind taking my daughter to curling. It was only an hour and it gave me the chance to run to the store if I needed anything. And it was nice to just sit there for a bit and watch my daughter have fun.

She might miss this - she enjoys curling but she is also very fond of her downtime. Aren’t we all! But she needs activities and other programs to keep her busy. She’s also in Guides but that’s only once a week. I struggle to find a good balance for her. And it’s not easy.
