Figures!
It's official, I have a cold. Or is it the flu? I'm not sure. It's the one where you head feels like a balloon being blown up inside your skull, and popping out your eyeballs. It's where you're really cold but when you rub your arms, they hurt. It's the one that makes your back hurt. Oh, and gets you extremely emotional so you cry watching Oprah even more than you normally would. Stupid real life heroes.
I start my new job on Tuesday. Whoo hoo. I had better be over this by then. We're going to Cranberry and I get a robe! Oh, you might notice a startling lack of information about my job on this blog. One of the questions they asked me in the interview was how would I handle sensitive information I hear about in Court. So no stories. I have to take an oath. That's not a story because it's about me and I gave me permission. Gee, what will I write about? Maybe about all the new clothes I will have to buy. At my previous job, no one cared if you wore jeans twice in a row, maybe three times if you forgot to do laundry. But now I'm going to have to dress a lot better. And maybe do my hair once in awhile.
We're going for ribs tonight to celebrate my new job and to say farewell to the boys. It's their last night. You know, it was a lot better than I thought. As weird and loud and crazy as they are, they are good guys and it's been fun to have them around. Definitely more activity! It'll be so quiet, but then I'll start my new job and Mark will start teaching and we'll get into a routine again. They always helped with the dishes. I'm going to miss that the most. Visit anytime guys!
