Here Piggie Piggie!

Mark came to a few days ago and said that he heard this butcher in town had bought a bunch of pigs and was selling them off. So we decided to go with another friend and buy one of these little guys. So today we got the call that our little piggie was in so we drove down to the store and picked him up. They were good enough to divide him into two boxes - one for each side so we could give our friend his share. So tonight I cooked a pork roast and boy was it ever good. I did have to make an emergency stop for some apple sauce but it all worked out. Yummy.
