It's been Awhile!

We've had a nice stretch of good weather so I though it was time to take the dog for a walk. I think she got tired before I did. At one point I looked behind me me and saw her sitting down, taking a break. But I think she really enjoyed the walk and if the weather holds, I'll be able to take her on more walks. The blueberries seem to be blooming! And there was a bush fire a few days ago (the firefighters got there right away so there was no danger). But blueberries love to grow in burnt out areas. They are one of the first things to start growing again. Where I go, there are a lot of campfires that people make (and not let get out of control) so I usually look for black and then I can find the blue! This new burnt section is actually pretty big so in a few years, there might be a big patch of blueberries. I might have to drop a few berries in that area to help it along. But not too many!
