Walking Among the Flowers

I’m so happy my lilacs are blooming. And they smell so good. I will never forgot those walks home from school. I’d take the shortcut through a church parking lot lined with full lilac bushes. The smell was amazing. Especially after a long walk home! Even if it wasn’t uphill either way!

I did my daily check on my robin friend. No baby chicks yet.
