Deep Cleansing Breaths
I finally did it. I actually did some exercise this morning. The last couple days my stomach hasn’t been feeling great. None of my pants fit and I’m totally bloated. Every time I eat something, five minutes later my stomach is twisted in knots. So last night I found a yoga video specifically for bloating and saved it so I could try it out this morning.
This morning at 6am, my youngest woke up from a nightmare where she fell off Mt. Everest. Once I got her calmed down I figured that there was no use going back to bed and this was a great time to try out my new yoga video. I can watch YouTube videos on the TV in the den through the PlayStation so I turned everything on and unrolled my yoga mat. Then the PS4 needed to be updated. So that took about 10 minutes. Then I needed to log back into the PS4 and I had to ask my husband for the password again. Then I had to log into my YouTube account (thankfully I knew the password) before I could finally find my video and start to relax.
The video was only 12 minutes long but it was a nice introduction to yoga and to moving around in the morning. This is something that I would like to continue. Hopefully nothing more will have to be updated and it will be a lot more simple tomorrow morning.
