I Passed!!

Yeah! I got a 98% on my written test and 96% on the practical. I am now safe around firearms. In a while, I can legally own a non-restricted firearm. We'll send in the application on Wednesday and then it takes 28 days to have it mailed. Kind of a really cooling off period. If you took the course and are still mad, maybe then you'll calm down. I'm feeling pretty good right now. And I feel so much better around guns too. That's all I wanted out of this course. I was a lot calmer than I thought I would during the practical test. Guess I really am more confident around the firearms. Good. I made hamburgers for our celebration supper. Mark passed too (we got the same scores).

Well, that's all. Next week is hunter safety and I'm not worried about that. It will be informative of course, but not as scary as actually learning about safe handling of firearms. I'm so glad that's over!
