Time for a Change
For the last week or so I’ve noticed that my pants haven’t been fitting as well as they used to. I’ve written about it a few times now. Yesterday, I weighed myself and I’m now 6 pounds heavier than I usually am. That may not seem like a lot but it is to me.
So, if I’m not interested in working out (and I’m not) and I’m not ready to rejoin taekwondo (and I’m not), I guess I’d better start eating better.
For lunch I had a salad. I was going to have a spinach and strawberry salad but when I went to grab my raspberry vinaigrette I saw it expired in 2017! Whoops.
And this afternoon, I only had a small bowl of chips. This eating healthy is tough. But so is buying a whole new set of pants.
