Happy Birthday to Me!

I'm 24 today. Sounds old. So Mark made pancakes with chocolate chips this morning. He gave me his present. He gave me the Little Mermaid and a paper trimmer. I was very excited. Then we went shooting with some friends of Mark's. I shot a couple guns. I did pretty good. The only problem was that I was smaller than everyone else so I couldn't rest the gun on the table very well. The barrel was waving all over the place but I calmed it down in time to take a shot. I was getting a little frustrated cuz I was having so much trouble holding the gun. And it was cold. But it went okay. I brought cookies so everyone liked that. After some trial shots, we went walking around looking for chickens but we didn't see anythings. The only signs of wildlife was some chicken tracks and timber wolf poo. I guess we scared everything away with all our shooting. I even shot a shotgun. It hurt my shoulder. I'll stick to rifles.

When we got home we were both pretty hungry so we ate out at Chicken Chef and then drove to Extra Foods and bought me a birthday cake. It's chocolate and peanut butter. Very yummy. So that has been my birthday this year. Nice day, some excitement, good food, didn't have to work, very good indeed.
