Volume 2
Sunday 11:24pm
After Wal-Mart, we took a nice walk with Faith and Deeds. We decided that we needed to hit up Tim Horton's for some drinks. We didn't stay long. We came back home and had a bonfire. Very nice. The fire was perfect and the stars were shining. It was a great evening. Now it is time for bed. Another big day lays in wait.
Monday 7:04pm
Got up and drove to Regina. We met Kevin (Mark's co-op teacher) and his daughter at Montana's for lunch. They almost forgot my cornbread but I made sure I got it. We had a nice visit and then went shopping. We hit up one of Mark's favourite stores, Sears Outlet. He bought his entire back to school wardrobe. Good for him. We went to Michael's to get some scrapbooking supplies. Then to Old Navy and Best Buy. Mark was quite excited about this cable he bought that can run surround sound from the satalitte. We also went to Petland to get some stuff for Dee Dee. We made her a name tag. Then we went to the Ramada and checked in. We relaxed and then went for supper. We're going to the pool after CSI is over.

Swimming was fun. We went into the pool but got too cold so we went into the hottub. Very nice. Then I got bored so I went into the pool again. It had a sloped bottom to the deep end. We tried to run up and down it until we got tired. We were the only people in the pool. We went back to our room and changed. Then we went to the Lounge. We were going to have champagne to celebrate our anniversary but they didn't have any. So we took a look at their drink list. We are so alcohol-challenged. We were determined to experiment. I had a cosmopolitan and Mark had a cesar. I really liked it. Then I was going to try a manhattan but they didn't have all the ingredients so I had a strawberry daiquiri and Mark had a scotch. Wow, what a drink that scotch was! Now we are relaxing and watching Simpon's.
Tuesday 10:27pm
Another full day. We checked out at 7:30am and drove to Grainfields for breakfast. I had strawberry and banana waffles and Mark had the Prairie breakfast--steak, eggs, hashbrowns and toast. Yummy. So then we were going to go to FutureShop but it wasn't open yet so we went to Home Depot. Then off to Princess Auto. Then we went and visited my friend Tara. We had a really good visit and caught up with all the news. Then we shot over to my parent's house and had a nap and a snack. After that, we went to Mark's Work Warehouse for saftey glasses and workshoes. We found the shoes but had to drive across the street to Home Depot for the glasses. Then we hung out at tmy parent's house until they got home from work. We had a really good supper and fresh raspberries for dessert. They still had some of our stuff there so we got it all straightened up. I had forgotten all the things I was going to bring them in Moose Jaw so we'll have to remember them next time! They showed us pictures from their trip to B.C. Then it was time to get going home. I was getting tired!
